Biography

I write epic, dark fantasy that doesn’t shy away from the brutal realities of war, power, and survival. My stories dig into fallen heroes, ruthless politics, and the bloody cost of victory—where good and evil aren’t clear, and magic (ska-ilium) is just another weapon in a flawed world.

My characters are broken—shaped by real-world pain and hard truths—and my books are driven by them, not just the plot. I pull heavily from history, mythology, and real medieval warfare to ground my world-building in gritty authenticity. Politics, battle tactics, and ancient civilizations aren’t just background noise—they’re the lifeblood of my stories.

I’m a 17-year USAF veteran, so discipline, strategy, and the harsh truths of conflict aren’t abstract ideas to me. When I’m not writing, I’m diving into history or crafting maps and characters that feel lived-in and real.
